Carefully place the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
